  • Welcome pack and Initial meeting

    Debriefing your birth story, breastfeeding guidance and support.

    • Caring for you. Making your favourite hot drink, completing that house task that has been on your mind and always being someone you can share your story, concerns or questions to

    • Caring for your baby when you need you time or some sleep

    • Feeding support - breastfeeding and/or formula guidance

    • Newborn behaviours - informing you on what to expect and reassuring you with any concerns

    • Providing support with older siblings

    • Sharing any helpful links & books and/or signposting when you need

    • Home cooked meal in your home - Comfort Somali meals or a meal of your choice

    • Light house work

NIGHT SUPPORT

(Mentored Doula rate)

From £300 a night

Rest is so important for your recovery. Night support allows you to get the sleep you deserve. Knowing your baby is cared for can make all the difference to your physical healing, emotional wellbeing, and confidence as a family.

I offer 10 hour night time support from 9pm - 7am, which includes an initial chat of what the support looks like for you and creating a plan to meet that.

Some of the support I offer can include:

  • Settle, soothe, and feed your baby (or bring them to you for feeding if preferred)

  • Change and comfort baby

  • Breast/bottle feeding support

  • Keep a gentle record of feeds, changes and sleep so you wake up informed and reassured

  • Light household tasks where possible

  • General support for any concerns or just to have a chat about things

Support is personalised to fit in the way that’s best for you.

Please note:

All postpartum bundles to be used within 8 weeks from first session

Cancellations/rescheduling to be made with 72 hours notice prior to booking

  • This can include Wash, Dry and Style.

    I can braid, plait or straighten your hair

    We all know how relaxing a hair wash can be and how good we feel after our hair is freshly done.

    As a Doula who is here for you, I had to add this service as I know how hair can sometimes be a pain to manage. I have been braiding, plaiting, straightening my/families hair since my early teens.

    I also know caring for your baby and their siblings can get wild and your children’s hair being done can help a lot with feeling better about the day, I would love to support you to feel just that.
